All classes are paid for in advance each month. Monthly invoices are due by the 5th of each month.
Late payments may incur a €5 administration fee.
Classes cancelled with at least 24 hours of notice can be made up.
Classes must be made up in the same month as the original class, except for classes cancelled during the last week of the month, which can be made up the following month.
Makeup classes cannot be rescheduled.
There are no classes on Saturdays after 4pm, or at any time on Sundays.

Missed group classes cannot be made up or refunded.
The members in a group may change for various reasons, at the discretion of Hi Hopes Club.
If a group loses members and there is only one student left, the class will either end or become a private class at the applicable private-class rate.
If you decide to leave a group class, please give as much notice as possible.
